Dietary Fat and Heart Disease
It has never made sense that for the first and only time in human history we have decided in the name of health that we need to remove all or most of the naturally occurring fat from our favorite foods and replace those calories with sugars refined from cane, beet and corn. The result we see now is an obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease crisis like has never been witnessed before in all of human history. –– Jeff Clark, ND
