Our team of physicians regularly writes articles for Tualatin and Tigard life newspapers. We strive to write articles that are relevant, informative and helpful to our community. This year, I couldn’t help but delve into New Years resolutions. I’ve been a passionate list-maker and goal-setter for a long time, so I got very excited to share some of my tips and techniques with you in my latest article. In the article (written in mid-December), I wrote to come to our blog on January 1 for more information.
Shortly thereafter, I realized the paper wouldn’t be in homes until January 6th or thereabouts! This just gives me a little more time to pull together some more information for you and to set my own goals which I will be sharing.
